Patchwork for LTSI-dev ML

LTSI-dev ML is now able to track through patchwork

Patchwork (http://jk.ozlabs.org/projects/patchwork/) is an open source software that tracks patches posted in mailing lists for development use. This tool is also utilized in sub-system mailing lists such as LKML, and is available at the following link - https://patchwork.kernel.org/.

Contrary to mailing lists which consist of a mixture of messages that are purely logic and actual source codes (patches), patchwork extracts only messages containing codes (patches). Locating patches is made extremely easy with patchwork.

Development efficiency is greatly improved by describing the path to the patch being tracked by patchwork in the build script known as the Yocto recipe where even patches that are not merged in the mailing list repository can be specified when compiling kernels.
